OK, so, I've changed to local account, re-added my Microsoft Account that is verified and registered for Insider, still no luck, cannot fix Windows update error.
Cannot get new Builds of Windows 10 Insider, also cannot re-install old ones as the keys no longer activate Windows 10 Preview. I understand how frustrating it could be when things do not work as expected. I appreciate your efforts towards resolving the issue. This issue can be caused due to interim internet connection or if the Windows Update database is corrupted.

Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Did all that, no change. I consider this to now be a non-issue. I am not going to use the Insider Build versions for now. I backed up anything I needed of the partition and did a full delete of Windows partition and re-install with other drives not plugged in. So I no longer need a solution. If you are stuck with the same issue and you were using a legit Windows before, roll-back to that, wait for the Free upgrade and you can then go to settings and re-enable Insider Builds if you want.
Otherwise buy a Key and install over your Insider Build the new version If you have Build or older. I got a virus and had to reinstall windows I did that and ever since I have been unable to get insider builds. I would like to continue participating in the Insider program but although my settings are all set for insider builds Fast Ring I cannot get any builds at all.
